Just some quick info for this gorgeous Amber Heard look from the Hollywood Foreign Press Event on August 9.

Melanie Inglessis revealed that, apart from Amber having pretty flawless skin to start with, she makes sure the skin is well hydrated before applying makeup, and she uses a wet Beauty Blender to apply the foundation – she uses three different shades to create dimension.

To complete the radiant skin look, Melanie says she doesn’t use powder.
